2010 Elite Skills Camp

Elite Skills Camp will be limited to 150 athletes, grades 9-12.

Elite Skills Camp Cost & Additional Information
To secure a spot for camp a $50 Deposit is required, which is non-refundable after June 7th! CSU Athletics will impose a $25 Fee for any Cancellations at any time after registration.

Resident Campers: $385
Residents will be housed in a campus residence hall and food will be provided at the adjacent dining center. All meals are included in this cost, beginning with dinner on July 9th and ending with lunch on July 12th.
Commuter Campers: $270
Housing and meals are not included in this cost. Campers are welcome to bring a sack lunch and/or purchase meals at the dining halls with cash. You can also purchase a package that includes lunches and dinners. There are lots of options to eat inexpensively very close to Moby Arena, including Subway, Spoons, Qdoba, Hot Wok, a camp councelor will walk campers to lunch.

Check-In
Check-in will begin at 2:00 for Residents and 2:30 for Commuters (Location TBA). Campers will gather in Moby Arena by 3:30, where we will meet and start.
Roommates
You may request roommates upon check-in with Housing. You and your roommate have to check in together.
Supervision
CSU has a staff of coaches and full-time counselors (24-hour) that direct and supervise all activities. In addition, there will be one counselor on each dorm floor. Camper to staff ratio is approximately 12:1 and campers are supervised at all times. Camp directors reserve the right to dismiss any camper for any serious violation of camp rules and regulations. There will be no tuition refund upon voluntary withdrawal or expulsion from CSU volleyball camp.
Rules and Regulations
These will be reviewed on registration day. In general, we expect all campers to be on their best behavior at all times. Any serious camp violation will be cause for immediate dismissal with no refund. Please be advised overnight campers may not leave the camp at any time.
Camp Contact
Messages may be forwarded to campers through Dolores Price at (970) 491-6582. You may also contact Dolores Price in an emergency. Campers do not have access to the phones in their rooms. They can use a cell phone or a pay phone with a credit card.
Injuries or Illness
When a camper requires medical attention during the day, he/she is taken first to our training room, then directly to the Colorado State University Health Center if needed. If hospital care is needed, a member of the camp staff will phone the parents of the camper immediately to advise them of the situation.

Commuter Meals
If you have purchased the meal package every meal is included in that price except for breakfast. If your commuter has not purchased the commuter with meals package, you can bring money or a sack lunch. Meals can be purchased on walk-up basis at cafeteria. For the Camp Pizza Party on the first night and for the Lunch on the last day, the commuter cost is $3.00.
Airport Transportation
You can fly into Denver International Airport. From there you can take SuperShuttle - (303) 370-1300 to Fort Collins. You can also call toll free at 1-800 622-2089 ext. 2.. Please call them for more details on pick-up and drop off points, or to visit their website click here.
Pick Up Times
Day Campers - Please pick up on Moby North Concourse
Friday, July 9th: 8:00pm
Saturday, July 10th: 8pm or 9pm
Sunday, July 11th: 8pm or 9pm
Monday, July 12th: 2:30pm
Resident Campers - Please pick up campers on the final day of camp at 2:30 in Moby or on North Concourse. They will need to check-out of their dorms by 3:30pm. Counselors will be off duty by 4:00.
Lost Keys
At the time of check out from the dorms the room key must be returned. If the key is lost or not returned you will be charged $60.00 for a replacement key. Any damage done to the dorm room will also by charged upon check out as well.
